On Site IT Support

We provide contract and on demand on site IT support for businesses and organisations across the UK.

Our Full Support Contract covers you for any necessary on site IT support visits as well as providing access to our IT Help Desk Support service.

We also provide on demand IT field support services where we charge by the hour for our on site IT support services with a minimum 1 hour call-out fee.

In these cases, one of our fully-qualified field engineers will visit you after you have logged a call with our IT help desk.

On Site IT Services

Our help desk is staffed by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with calls logged in one of the following ways:

• Telephone on 0845 226 7734

• Email at helpdesk@onit.co.uk

• Online at our dedicated OnIT Support website which acts as our web-based help desk

Each of your contacts is given a specific reference number unique to your query allowing you to find out the status of your on site IT support query at any time.

On Site IT Support

We provide technical backup for a variety of hardware including PCs, laptops, modems, servers and handheld devices such as Blackberrys and PDAs.

In terms of server disaster recovery support, we also offer a back up and data recovery solution - called Server Rescue - which restores your IT network within hours.
