IT Support

We provide contract and on demand IT support for businesses across London and the UK.

We can offer technical support in two ways - via our remote IT helpdesk or in person through IT field support visits - with calls logged either via our IT support line, email or through our dedicated helpdesk website.

Our remote helpdesk support is provided on a contract basis through one of two contract options with full details available on our IT Helpdesk Support page.

Our field support is provided on either a contract or an on-demand basis with full details available on our Onsite IT Support page.

All our IT support work is carried out by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs), fully-qualified IT field engineers and field technicians.

We provide technical backup for a variety of hardware including handheld devices such as Blackberrys and PDAs, laptops, modems, PCs and servers.

In terms of server disaster recovery support, we also offer a data recovery and backup solution which restores your IT network within hours called Server Rescue.
