IT Help Desk Support Hertfordshire

We provide contract IT help desk support for businesses and organisations in and around Hertfordshire.

Our Remote Support Contract provides access to our IT help desk which provides your support by remotely logging onto your IT system or PC to solve any problems.

Our Full Support Contract gives the same IT helpdesk support and also covers you for any necessary on site IT support visits when problems cannot be solved remotely.

IT Helpdesk Support Hertfordshire

Our help desk support work is general charged per item of equipment - as detailed in our contracts - but any work and costs not covered by your agreement will be explained in full before any work takes place.

Our IT help desk is staffed by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with calls logged in one of the following ways:

• Online at our dedicated OnIT Support website which acts as our web-based helpdesk

Each call or remote helpdesk contact is given a specific reference number unique to your query which allows you to find out the status of your IT help desk query at any time.
