We provide contract IT help desk support for businesses and organisations across the UK.
Our Remote Support Contract provides access to our IT help desk which provides your support by remotely logging onto your IT system or PC to solve any problems.
Our Full Support Contract gives the same IT helpdesk support and also covers you for any necessary on site IT support visits when problems cannot be solved remotely.
In these cases one of our fully-qualified IT field engineers will visit your site to solve your IT issues with further details on our On Site IT Support page.
Our help desk support work is general charged per item of equipment - as detailed in our contracts - but any work and costs not covered by your agreement will be explained in full before any work takes place.
Our IT help desk is staffed by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with calls logged in one of the following ways:

Each of your contacts is given a specific reference number unique to your query allowing you to find out the status of your IT help desk query at any time.
We provide technical help desk backup for a variety of hardware including PCs, laptops, modems, servers and handheld devices such as Blackberrys and PDAs.
In terms of server disaster recovery support, we also offer a back up and data recovery solution - called Server Rescue - which restores your IT network within hours.
