IT Helpdesk Support

We provide contract IT helpdesk support for businesses across London and the UK.

Our Remote Support Contract gives you access to our IT helpdesk which provides your support by logging onto your IT system or PC to solve any problems covered by your agreement with us.

Our Full Support Contract gives the same IT helpdesk support and also covers you for any necessary onsite IT support visits when problems cannot be solved remotely via our IT support line.

In these cases one of our fully-qualified IT field engineers and field technicians will visit your site to solve your IT issues with further details available on our Onsite IT Support page.

Our support work is general charged per item of equipment, as detailed in our contracts, but any work and costs not covered by your agreement will be explained in full before any work takes place.

Our IT helpdesk is staffed by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with calls logged in one of the following ways:

Each call or remote helpdesk contact is given a specific reference number unique to your query which allows you to find out the status of your IT helpdesk query at any time.

We provide technical backup for a variety of hardware including PCs, laptops, modems, servers and handheld devices such as Blackberrys and PDAs.

In terms of server disaster recovery support, we also offer a data recovery and backup solution which restores your IT network within hours called Server Rescue.
