About Us

OnIT provides a wide range of IT services for business across London and the UK.

Our principal focus is on providing a high level of customer service to our clients and building long-term business relationships with them.

Our overriding aim is to give straightforward, cost-effective and high-quality IT services to our clients at reasonable market rates.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide highly technical IT services in a simple, jargon-free way which allows you to understand what services you are paying for and why.

Our IT services range from network design and IT and network installations through to support and management functions.

This integrated approach helps us remove the common frustrations many companies often experience when dealing with different suppliers for different IT issues.

It also means we can provide value-for-money services as well as maintain the healthy customer relationships and communications which we pride ourselves on.

Simply put, we ensure our left hand knows what our right hand is doing, helping everyone who works with us to know where everything stands.

Since our inception in 2003, we have grown considerably and currently work out of our offices at the Workhotel in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, where we also provide the whole building with various onsite IT services.

We are continuing to build on our foundations of providing high-quality IT services and are entering an exciting new phase with the recent launch of our dedicated IT disaster recovery and data backup service Server Rescue.

We are staffed by fully-qualified Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) and led by former Microsoft employees Iain Dallas and Simon Jerome who have been at the forefront of the company since its inception.
