IT Support

We provide contract and on demand IT support for businesses and organisations across the UK.

We offer computer support in two ways - remotely via our helpdesk and in person through our field engineers - with calls logged over the telephone, by email or online via our suport website.

Helpdesk PC support is provided on a contract basis through one of two contract options with full details on our IT Help Desk Support page.

Our field IT support is provided on either a contract or on-demand basis with full details on our On Site IT Support page.

Computer Support

All our IT support is carried out by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) and fully-qualified IT field engineers and technicians.

We provide technical backup for a range of hardware including handheld devices like Blackberrys and PDAs, laptops, modems, PCs and servers.

In terms of server disaster recovery support, we also offer a back up and data recovery solution - called Server Rescue - which restores your IT network within hours.
